June 6 - 10

Sort and Count - Each child has a baggie with items in it.  They need to count the number of each type of item and record the number.

Lego Board Game - roll the dice, move that number of spaces.  Sometimes you get to take some Lego, sometimes you have to put some Lego back and sometimes you miss your turn.

Sink or Float - Test the items to see if they sink or float.  Paste in the correct side on the sheet.

Unscramble the sight words and record.  Each container has a number on the cover.  Unscramble the word and record on that space.

Our last day with our library/book buddies!

We put some celery in some blue water last week.  We had lots of suggestions of what might happen to the celery.  Today we are investigating to see what happened.  The leaves are turning blue!

Katelynn spent a lot of time arranging the counting bears.  She asked if I could take a picture and put it on the blog.

Some more learning centre time activities.
