The first snowfall! There is excitement in the air today!

We worked and sang together while making a class snowman!
After it is build the children close their eyes and I removed a part.
Then the children guessed which part was missing.
I could not trick them at all!

Our class has a new look! Special thanks to Mrs. Dumville's sister Elaine
for helping!

Sure W I would love to take a picture of your block creation!

National Child Day!
Our crowns did make us feel special!

We made rhyme monsters. First we listened to the directions and
then we drew each part in the rhyme.
We think they look great!

File folder games to use in between activities!

Roll the dice and color the character with that number.
Did you see where my dice went?

Making bead necklaces using our favorite character from the story Brown Bear!
Which bead should I choose now? So many choices ... hard to decide.

Drawing our Families!

We made bear dens or caves after learning about bears!

Children, children where can you be?
I only see seven pumpkins, four cats and one witch looking at me!

Do you sense that there is someone behind us? Mojo, the School Mascot is enjoying the Halloween Gym along with the students!

This is so much fun!

Am I getting close?

Face Painting!

Some photos from our visit to the Halloween Gym!

The grade one class came in to visit and read us some Halloween poems.
They did an awesome job!

Our No-Bake Pumpkin Pie ... vanilla pudding, milk, pumpkin, vanilla all mixed together in a zip-lock bag. Put some graham crumbs in the bottom of your dish add the mixture and top with whipping cream! Delicious!!!

Can I see the words you printed?

Clipboard Cruising ... Wow! How did you find so many words to print so quick?

Which number will race to the finish? The dice has 5 dots so I need to put a 5 on the sheet.
1, 4 and 5 are all printed on the sheet. One to one counting and fine motor.
Now how do I make the 5?

I have the trunk on my tree... Now to make the leaves.
If I put the tissue paper over a pencil and twist, my leaves will stand tall!
Creative plus fine motor skills!

We worked hard to make the biggest bubble we could make!
The trick was to blow very slowly!
