First we drew the items for the map than we decided how to travel to get the bunny to his basket!

I gave the children the materials and they decorated the theme table.  I thought it looked really nice!

Creating Easter cards for our families!

Some Easter Fun! When the bunny delivered a sight word to you ... you told what the word was and then you delivered a word to someone else!  There was no tricking the children with the words!

Jaiden brought in eggs for us to decorate. I was the only one who broke one!  The eggs were beautiful!  Thank you Jaiden!

We decorated small baskets and had fun searching the classroom for them!

April 7 - 11

WITS Program Launch!  You may hear your children saying that they need to use their WITS! Ask them what this means!

This week we worked on math activities with our book/computer buddies!

Being creative at learning centre time!

Acting out the story of Goldilocks and The Three Bears!  It was lots of fun!

The children decorated the class for Easter and thought it would be a great idea at learning centre time to hide the Easter eggs and have an egg hunt!

Our finished creations!  I love that each one is unique with it's own personality!

March 24 - April 4

Sorting 3D blocks into groups and them describing why the blocks were sorted in each way.  Color, corners, points, tall, curves, etc.

Our Art work job ...ROY G. BIV helps to learn the colors in the correct order in the rainbow.  Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo,  and violet!

Working on our own personal day timeline!  What do you do in the morning, afternoon, early evening and at bedtime?

Fishing with a magnetic rod, matching the number of dots on each fish with the number in the fish bowl.

Which items weighs more?

Part part whole... drop 6 sticks , each stick has a red or yellow dot.  Place the sticks with the correct color under each dot. This time Walker discovered that 3 and 3 makes 6!
