April 8 - 12 The Gruffalo Continues

Writing about the Gruffalo - he is such a fun character!

David Costello read the book "How To Catch A Star"  he engaged the children and there was rich discussion on what the children predicted the book was about.  Thanks for visiting David.

The children worked hard to create this block structure.

The children each made their own Gruffalo character finger puppets!

This work job involved following a game board to find the pieces to make a Gruffalo puzzle.

In Social Studies we were learning where different fruit is grown.  We made our own Friendship Salad it was delicious!

In math we are learning about capacity.  We explored which container held the most, least, and almost the same amount of water.
