The children are busy at work. The outcomes that they are working on include:
- Blocks are great for demonstrating that cooperation is an important part of being a member of a group. Great teamwork boys!
- Playdough for building small muscles - Physical Development 1.2 and expressing ideas and feelings creatively through artistic expression ( Creative Development 1.2)
- Painting is also good for developing small muscle control and creative development.
- Dramatic play the ladies are developing their conversation skills, self help skills and cooperating and developing friendship!
- Sorting buttons that all the same color, size , shape, or by the number of button holes is the beginning of geometry.
- Pattern blocks are helpful when learning about repeating patterns!
- Playing with the dolls... this young lady is giving the babies very gentle care.
- Creativity ... now what else should I add to my picture? Does it look like me?
- Mask's are great for expressing ideas and feelings through play.
