Look at your
sheet. What number is on the first
shamrock? Put that many shamrocks on
the ten frame. How many empty boxes on
your ten frame? Record that number on
the second shamrock.

Color and count
the gold coins. Color the shamrock with
the correct number of coins on it.

Ad and at
families. Cut out the hats and glue onto
the right family. Try to sound out the
words.

the pieces to make a pot of gold puzzle.

celebration table. The children
decorated it! Each student was very
particular of where they wanted to place their decoration item!

We also had an
early St. Patrick’s pot of gold hunt.
Clues were given and we did some mapping of the school as we followed
the clues. The children had to decide it
we were to turn right or left after each clue.
Great excitement as we followed the clues and found a small pot of
bubble gum back in our classroom.

Some learning
centre time fun activities. Your
children are learning and practicing invaluable skills like: turn taking,
sharing, helping others, problem solving, appropriate noise level, at this
time. The children look forward to
this time each day!
