Lacing cards try to weave the lace beginning at A and
finishing at Z. This fine motor activity
was challenging for the students.

ABC Caterpillar put the pictures in alphabetical order. This was a self correcting activity as the
numbers were on the back of the pictures.
We have been learning about alphabetical order and on some days when we
are leaving the classroom I will request that the children line up in alphabetical
order.

Flowers without petals. The center of the flower had a number
on it. Using paint and your finger put the number of petals on the flower.

As trout season begins April 15 for this work job the children
fished a fish which had dots on it. They
counted the dots and then recorded that number on a fish on their own fish bowl
recording sheet.
