Mrs. Gard, our literacy coach was in and completed an activity on concept of spoken word. She had some children chose a just right book and read a sentence in the book. She asked them to touch each word as they read and then they counted the words and added a cube for each word.

Our Rocks in the Bucket Celebration! First we had dirt and gummi bears sundaes with sauce and topping! Delicious!

Henry gave everyone a bottle of bubbles. Thank you to Henry’s mom for bringing them to the school.

We went outside and played soccer. We had two teams Mr. Doran’s and Mr. MacDonald’s team. The children had lots of fun!
