June 12 - 16 ~~~~ The Pirate's Continue

Dig into the treasure dish and pull out a piece of gold.  Record the sight word that is written on the gold.  If you do not know the sight word ask a friend.

You each have your own pirate ship, put a piece of treasure into the ship and record what you have in your ship … let’s hope your pirate ship does not sink!

Treasure chests with gold in them.  You place the correct amount of gold on the treasure chest and also find the letters for the number word and add to each treasure chest.

Create your own pirate to go on our pirate ship, named Letty Head Head! All the students offered a name I recorded the suggestion, put them in a container and drew out the name! The students could use a picture of themselves for the face or draw a face their pirate.

Our pirate ship has been invaded by 15 little pirates!!!

Some learning centre pictures!

When I grow up pictures!  In the class 6 students plan on being a teacher, 2 students plan on being Drs., 2 students are planning to be Police Officers, and the other students plan on being , a person who watches TV with a Computer, a Mechanic, a Race Car Driver, a Princess, and an Explorer.
