| On fabulous Friday we were ready for home a few minutes early so we had a musical march ... the children thought they made up a great band! |

| Kindergarten offered to do the art for the office display for October. The children mixed red and yellow paint to make orange for the pumpkin body, blue and yellow paint was mixed to make the green for the stem and grass and then white and black construction paper, crayons or markers were used to add detail. It took us three days in small groups to complete the project. The children were developing their fine motor skills, social skills by working in a group, science by mixing the colors, creative skills were also being developed. One activity that was linked to many outcomes! The children seemed to enjoy the project! |
